APPLY FOR POSITIONS
All applications should be made by submitting your current CV and covering letter stating your preferred area of work to recruitment@searoc.com.
We welcome speculative applications as we have projects starting on a regular basis and often meet with candidates, without there being a specific immediate requirement, to explore the individual’s skills and experience for future use.
First interviews are carried out by the line manager of the specific discipline along with the HR Manager. The purpose of this interview is to talk through your CV, assess your level of technical competence and suitability for the role.
Second interviews will vary according to the role but usually will focus on technical, general business and consultancy skills. They may involve a review of a project you have already undertaken or a presentation on an agreed relevant subject.
For most positions testing is not required, but if it is needed you will be notified as to the arrangements and purpose of the testing.
Prior to any offer of employment you will be required to provide sight of all relevant qualification certificates and also details of two referees for us to take up.
Subject to positive verification of the above an offer of employment may follow.
All staff are required to successfully complete a contractual 3 month probationary period at the end of which transfer to permanent staff status may be confirmed.
